This characteristic villa is situated next to a hill at the feet of Mount Amiata (600 metres above sea level). The garden facing the establishment consists in a unique panoramic terrace offering a stunning view over southern Tuscany. It is the ideal place for those who love to be in contact with nature or wish to discover the old villages situated along the borders of the extinct volcano of Amiata. The villa is surrounded by century-old olive trees, and stunning views: from one side, you can see the beautiful landscape of Mount Amiata, from the other one, the Val d'Orcia and Montalcino. The farm produces extra pure olive oil (IGP). In the neighbourhood, guests can visit Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni (hot springs), Siena, and the neighbouring natural parks and numerous Romanesque parish churches. You can also reach, with a short walk, the small village of Seggiano. |
